Apply for a Program.
To apply for a program with CSES, you must fill out an application form below, in addition to submitting a $100 non-refundable deposit by paypal, credit card (by phone or fax), or check (by mail). Alternatively, you can submit the application via email or mail using these links for printable or emailable versions of the application.
*Note: The 2-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training program requires an additional phone interview, after your application has been submitted. Once you submit your application, we will be in touch to schedule your interview.
